Bookings and reservations
We highly recommend booking online in advance, to make sure you have a spot on the cruise of your choice. It is also possible to purchase tickets directly at several of our departure locations or the Tours & Tickets shops. However, chances are that the ticket of your choice is sold out if you try to purchase at the last minute from a departure location.
After placing an order, you will first receive an order confirmation with the details of your booking, and after a few minutes, you will receive a second email with your tickets attached. Check your spam folder if they don't show up within an hour. If it's not in spam, please contact us for help.
No, it is not necessary to print your e-ticket, you can just show your ticket from your smartphone.
Confirmations and tickets might take a few minutes to arrive. If you have not received your order confirmation within an hour from booking, please check your spam folder. If you still do not see the confirmation, send us an email to hello@lovelycruises.com including which product you booked, and for which time and date.
We recommend you to try making the purchase using a different browser. If that does not work, please try using a different payment method. If you continue to experience issues or need more information, please email us at hello@lovelycruises.com. Please include which product you are trying to buy and which payment method you tried to use.

Most bookings can be changed, but check the page of your product to what applies for your booking. Rebooking or changing departure times also depends on availability. You can change your booking yourself up to 24 hours in advance through our Self-rebook page.
If you bought your tickets directly from us, please see the product page for the cancellation policy of your booking. Cancellation policies differ per product due to preparations required or sailing times.
If you purchased your tickets through a reseller (such as Get Your Guide, Actie van de dag, Groupon, etc.) we kindly ask you to contact them directly.
Are you celebrating your birthday, an anniversary or a company getaway? Are you a tour operator? Or are you looking for a fun day out for your family, colleagues or school?
We are happy to help you with our packages and special deals. Our open boats fit groups of a maximum of 30 people, and our partner cruises offer capacities of max. 110 people. Contact us at by sending an email to: groups@enticon.com
- If you lost your e-tickets from your e-mail, please contact hello@lovelycruises.com. Please include which cruise you booked and your departure time and location. If you need the tickets directly because your departure time is arriving, you can call us at +31 (0)20 214 31 11.
- If you purchased physical tickets in a Lovely Cruises or Tours & Tickets shops and you lose these tickets, we unfortunately cannot reprint them for you.
Your tickets are not bound to your name. Other people can check in under your name, and if you can't make it you can give your tickets to friends or family members.
You can book tickets for Lovely Cruises with your Explore Pass.
How to get there?
Please come to your departure location fifteen minutes before departure. Some departure locations can get a little crowded with boats, so our cruises cannot wait for you.
Amsterdam is unfortunately not car-friendly, and we recommend coming on foot or by public transport. If you do want to park nearby, the nearest garages to Central Station are:

Discount codes & promotions
After you have selected the date, time and amount of tickets, the voucher code can be entered in your cart. After this, the payable amount will automatically be adjusted.
Please contact the company where you received the codes from. You can also contact us at hello@lovelycruises.com, if you do please attach a copy of your vouchers and mention the date and time you would like to join the cruise.
Aboard
No, smoking is not allowed on board our boats, not even on the open boats or aft decks.
Bringing your own drinks and food is not allowed. Our open boat cruises have a bar stacked with local and international drinks. No alcohol is served to people under eighteen, but we do offer soft drinks. We also offer this tour with drinks included.
Please not that on other cruises consuming your own food and drinks is not allowed either.
We do not allow pets on board. We do not want your dog to jump into a canal, so we need to have a no pets policy. Service dogs that are identifiable as such are allowed.
No, you may only exit the boat when the cruise has finished. Our cruises generally end where they start. For flexible getting on and off we recommend the hop-on hop-off boats.
Our open boats do not have bathrooms on board. Most partner cruise boats have freely accessible bathrooms, check the individual product page for more information. When departing from Central Station, a bathroom is available at Lovers Café for €1.
Unfortunately we cannot take a wheelchair or stroller on board of our boats.
Our open boats do not have heating on board. We offer blankets and umbrella's for free in case it gets cold or rainy. Our partners' closed boats do have heating on board.
